just don't compare yourself to other people you don't know what their lifestyle is you don't know if they're being super restrictive with their diets you know I'm definitely not I definitely eat pretty good during the week but then during the weekend I love to treat myself also you know I want this to be a lifestyle change I have to find something that's gonna be sustainable for me my whole life firstly I love the gym now I would have never thought that I actually enjoy going to the gym but I really do and so I see myself going to the gym forever you know but I don't see m origins keto yself cutting out carbs cutting out cheese cutting out everything out of my life I just know who makes me way too happy for me to do that and so I know I might not have you know I don't want to be super lean super I just want to feel better about my body better about myself and so you know I will have bread and butter you know I will have all those things in my life I want to I want to have a pleasant in life and so yeah you know I didn't
