how to stop overeating at night we eat the foods that are lacking and nutrients that are high in fat high in sugar high in calories but our brains don't see the difference between the good fats and the bad fats the good sugars and the bad sugars all it sees is that it's providing us with it's providing us with the sugar for energy and we crave more of that because that's what our brains were wired to get into our body for survival
