Product Introduction
Reversible impact hammer crusher is a new reversible crusher which mainly crushes materials by the impact of hammer. It's mainly comprised of the frame, hammer, rotor, fine crushing drainage board, adjustment device, crushing chamber and hydraulic coupling. In addition, it adopts no-grate structure so the congestion of humid materials is greatly reduced. It's applied to crush medium hard crisp materials with compressive strength of no more than 12MPa, such as coal for power station, coal for coking, gypsum and alunite.
Working Principle
After entering the crusher, materials will meet speedy hammer and are crushed to the adjustable wear-resistant gear plate on the feeding inlet for the first crushing. Then, materials almost of the same size enter evenly to the main crushing chamber for the secondary crushing. Gaining the kinetic energy, they will rush to the zigzag liner inside the impact chamber and rebound upward to be crushed by the hammer. Meanwhile, they will be impacted and crushed with each other. At last, they will be discharged from the outlet after being crushed for several times in the impact chamber, which are regarded as finished products.
Performance Characteristics
1. Even discharging, no-diagrid and non-clogging, high productivity, high size reduction ratio, low energy consumption, good seal performance, less pollution, easy startup of crushing chamber, convenient maintenance, no-grate. The congestion of humid materials is resolved.
2. Clockwise and anticlockwise of rotor improves the utilization of hammer, reduces frequent renewal of hammer, improves the efficiency and increases the systematic output; heavy-duty hammer is adopted to intensify the beating force and the productivity is twice as much as the hammer crusher of the same specification.
3. Adjustable space between discharging outlet ensures the evenness and make materials less than 8mm account for more than 95%; it's available to open the chamber plate which makes it easy to replace the liner (large machines adopt hydraulic cylinder);

Note 1: The rotor diameter refers to the maximum revolving trajectory of the hammer top; the rotor length refers to working length of the rotor; the feeding granularity refers to the maximum side length of materials.
Note 2: Capacity is determined based on the following conditions:
a) Moisture content of coal ≦14%;
b) Coal for coking, discharging granularity≦3mm, qualified granularity≧85%;
c) Coal for power plant, discharging granularity≦8mm, qualified granularity≧85%.
Note 3: The motor power is determined relying on the nature of materials and the required output. The actual power is determined by the character and service condition of materials when ordering.
Installation and Maintenance
1)Installation and Test Run
1. The machine should be installed based on the horizontal concrete fixed by the foundation bolt.
2. The verticality between the machine and the level should be paid attention to during the installation.
3. After the installation, the machine needs to be checked to see whether the bin gate is tightly fixed or there is any loose bolt to be fastened.
4. The power line and the control switch are equipped based on the stimulus of the machine.
5. After the examination, no-load test run can be underway. If it works well, it can be put into use for production.
2)Maintenance
1. Bearing
The bearing of the crusher carries all load of the machine, so good lubrication has an important relation with the life of bearing which directly affects the operational life and the operation rate. Thus, the lubricating grease is required to be cleared with good sealing. The main greasing part has rotary bearing, roll bearing, gears, movable shaft and sliding plane.
2. The newly-installed rim is so easy to loose that it must be checked frequently.
3. Whether all parts of the machine work orderly should be paid attention to.
4. Pay attention to the abrasion of abrasive components and renew the abraded spare parts in time.
5. The chassis with movable device should be removed off the dust in case that the moving shaft cannot move on it when meeting indestructible materials which will cause serious accidents.
6. It must be stopped instantly to check and solve the problem when the oil temperature of the bearing increases.
